DC International Public Charter School
PASO is happy to announce its new partnership with DC International Public Charter School. Starting in September 2017, PASO's office will be at the new DCI building on the old Walter Reed Campus at 16th Street NW and Aspen Street. PASO has begun an after-school music education program with DCI students in the 2017-2018 school year. Led by PASO violist Kristin Gomez, students are starting with Suzuki method violin. In the second and third school years, PASO will add electric guitar and intermediate-advanced strings. By 2020, DCI will have a competent strings orchestra for school performances. A special GRACIAS to Executive Director, Mary Shaffner, and Activities Director, Jillian Levine-Sisson, for their vision and spirit of collaboration. We look forward to this exciting new endeavor!
